The individual bathroom style toilet and shower blocks were a welcome change. the beautiful drive through the mountains was picturesque. the customer service was friendly. It answered our queries very quickly.
The pod was basic. I had to bring bed linen. we weren't advised there would be no cutlery or plates, even though a microwave was provided. the kettle and toaster were on a unit that was too high and couldn't be moved, it was dangerous!!

i stayed in the camping pod for two nights. it was comfy and warm for our family. staff helped us when we got stuck on the grass, that was great. i am thankful for their help.
One window in the pod didn't have a blind, it was difficult to sleep. wasps were just outside the pod. They flew in when we opened the door. the floor also had something sticky on it.

the site had a dog exercise area, convenient.
the pod was quite basic, i must say. we knew to bring bedding, but i was not told about the lack of cutlery, plates, or cups (even though there was a microwave, kettle, and toaster). the kettle and toaster were placed too high and were not movable due to the outlet placement (a safety issue in my book).

the caravan we occupied was cozy. bedding, towels, hand soap, washing up liquid, teas, and coffees were thoughtfully provided. i found this touch especially lovely. the staff members were cute and always smiling.
the caravan could benefit from a more thorough cleaning regime, as i noticed some dust on the blinds.

the location was great for walks and exploring.
the pod lacked cutlery, plates, and cups though there was a microwave and kettle. these appliances sat on a unit too high to use safely and that was not good. i expect this issue could have been easily resolved.
